Diagknos is an on-demand home sample collection service. You book a lab test online, a certified healthcare professional comes to your home to collect your sample, and we deliver it to the accredited partner laboratory you choose. Your results are sent to you securely through our platform. No clinic visits, no queues, absolute privacy and convenience.

You can book a test in four easy steps. You browse and book your test on our platform, choosing from a range of partner laboratories. We dispatch a certified phlebotomist to your location at your preferred time. They collect your sample and deliver it directly to the lab. Once processed, your results are available on the platform and sent to you via email.

We don't. Diagknos coordinates the collection and delivery. The diagnostic testing is carried out entirely by the accredited partner laboratory you select at the time of booking. We work with reputable, certified labs in Lagos.

We currently serve select areas within Lagos, including Ikeja, Lekki, Ikoyi and Victoria Island. If your address is outside our service area, we'll let you know at booking. We're continually expanding coverage over time.

Every phlebotomist on our platform is a licensed healthcare professional registered with a recognised Nigerian regulatory body (NMCN, MLSCN, or MDCN). They are individually vetted, trained under our quality management system, and carry a Diagknos ID badge. You can verify their identity when they arrive.

Yes. All our phlebotomists undergo background verification through their professional regulatory bodies, carry photo identification, and follow a strict code of conduct. You will receive the name and details of your assigned phlebotomist before they arrive. They are trained to maintain professional boundaries and respect your home.

We aim to have a phlebotomist at your door as soon as possible, within 90mins - 2hour window after booking is confirmed. If there are any delays, we'll notify you by SMS or phone and offer the option to reschedule at no extra cost.

It depends on the test. Some tests (such as fasting blood glucose or lipid panels) require you to fast for 8 - 12 hours beforehand. If your test has specific preparation requirements, we'll display the preparation requirements in the test description on the test page. If you're unsure, feel free to ask us via WhatsApp before your appointment.

The phlebotomist will arrive at your door, verify your identity, confirm the tests you've booked, and explain the procedure. They'll set up on a clean surface using their own disposable items. The blood draw itself typically takes under 10 minutes. They'll label your samples in front of you, pack them securely, and head straight to the lab.

About the same as any blood draw, you will experience a brief pinch. However, we understand that some people have a phobia of needles, so if you've had difficult draws in the past or tend to feel faint, please let our phlebotomists know beforehand, covertly or overtly. Our phlebotomists are experienced professionals, and they're trained to handle it and go according to your pace.

We offer a wide range of diagnostic tests, including core wellness tests, hormone profiles, full blood counts, lipid profiles, liver and kidney function tests, thyroid panels, fertility tests, STI screenings, and more. You can browse the full list when you start a booking.

Yes. At the time of booking, you select your preferred partner laboratory and laboratory location from the options available. All our partner labs are accredited and reputable.

Turnaround times depend on the test and the laboratory. Most routine blood tests return within 24–72 hours. Some specialised tests may take longer. We'll give you an estimated timeline at booking, and you'll be notified as soon as soon as your results are ready.

Completely. Your results are delivered securely from our partner laboratories through the Diagknos platform and are accessible only to you. We do not share your results with anyone unless you explicitly authorise us to do so. Our data handling complies with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.

The full price and a total breakdown of your fee is shown before you confirm your booking, so there are no hidden charges.

Payment is made online at the time of booking through our secure payment gateway. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.

Yes. If you cancel more than 2 hours before your scheduled collection, you'll receive a full refund. If you cancel with 90 mins to 2 hours' notice, the coordination fee is non-refundable, but laboratory test fees are refunded. You can reschedule at any time by contacting us or using the platform.

We take data protection seriously. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is restricted to authorised personnel only, and we comply fully with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

Yes. You can book for somebody else as long as they are above 18 years old. You can also book on behalf of a family member or friends. For minors (under 18), a parent or legal guardian must be present at the time of collection and provide consent.
